Welcome
Welcome to WineSquire.com, your local
online wine guide. WineSquire is a website dedicated to local
wine recommendations, and to bringing
consumers and wine industry professionals valuable information that is
balanced, relevant, and current. We will be highlighting the efforts and
knowledge of local wine industry personalities and professionals, as
these are the people who are closest to what is going on in the greater
Seattle and Eastside wine market. They have their fingers on the pulse
of local wine marketplace, so to speak.
If you are fortunate enough to live in the Seattle area you are
blessed with a culture with an interest in culinary and taste sensations
found very few places in the world! Seattle has been a beverage
"trend setter" in a variety ways, from setting the world on
fire with gourmet coffees to virtually creating the American
microbrewery business of the 21st century. Another prime example is our
world class Washington wine industry, crafting wines and wine styles
sought from Japan to New York. Seattle also has a flourishing and unique
restaurant business that sets the table for our wide variety of beverage
tastes.
WineSquire strives to be your one-stop portal into the local wine
community. We offer wine recommendations that can be found easily at
your neighborhood fine wine purveyor, insight in to what is happening in
the local wine business, information about buying, serving and storing
wine, industry employment opportunities, and links to other interesting
wine sites.
If you are interested in the western Washington wine business and
would like to contribute to the community please contact us.
Contributors are welcome, if you have knowledge you wish to share or an
opinion that may be valuable to others, we would be excited to hear from
you. Contributions could include wine recommendations, wine related
articles, and local wine news. We also want to provide a venue for
individuals and companies to promote their businesses and are open to
promoting and advertising any venture or project relevant to our site
visitors.
Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you.
