After several years of development and wine buying, and months of
hard work building out the shop, COMPASS WINES opened it's doors
on Saturday, July 14th.
Specializing in current and past vintages
of premium wines from Washington and the world as well as a great
selection of 'everyday' wines for around $10 a bottle. In
addition, their inventory includes wines they have collected and
purchased from private cellars.
The proprietors, Doug Charles and Will Parks, have put together
an impressive lineup. Nowhere else in the state will you see
available for sale the quantity and variety of new and aged fine
wines such as:

Located in downtown Anacortes (the gateway to the San Juan
Islands), this shop is worth a visit for any wine
