After working for 4 years as the Wine & Spirits director at
Cascadia Restaurant, I saw a need that wasn’t being fulfilled by
traditional restaurants and their wine programs for wine and spirits
expert advice and services. This is why I left Cascadia Restaurant
to found Wine Pimp Liquid Love and Wine Pimp Beverage Solutions.
Wine Pimp
offers a number of services designed to make unique and satisfying
wine experiences easy. I will do just about anything associated with
wine or drinking in general (including non-alcoholic beverages).
What follows is a brief description of some of the services that
individuals have found to be especially helpful:
Wine and spirits event planning: for an extra special
dinner, ask me to help select and locate exceptional wines based on
your menu, and if you so desire, I will come to your house to serve
and talk about them.
Formal or informal wine tastings: let me help you plan and
execute a wine tasting party we can focus on any aspect(s) of wine
that interest you, and I can do anything from set up a blind tasting
and offer tasting guidance to discussing the wines with a PowerPoint
presentation.
Antique and rare wine location: I also have extensive
experience with antique and collectible wines, and can eliminate
much of the guesswork in dealing with old wines by locating them and
assisting with their purchase.
Cellar evaluation and management: let me evaluate and
organize your cellar, creating a system of organization,
recommendations on drinkability and ageability, and valuations . . .
I can even assist by recommending a purchase schedule and locating
wines that will maintain or build your cellar to your
specifications.
Wine Pimp Liquid Love also provides services for businesses who
want to incorporate fine wine into events or as executive gifts.

Beverage Solutions provides wine and beverage consulting for
restaurants that want to make a commitment to excellent beverage
