Tom DiNardo A bouquet of crisp peach, lavender and herbal notes greet the nose. This Sicilian white wine is a blend of 50% Ansonica and 50% Cataratto white grapes which creates the dry and structured palate. Dry flavors of granny smith apple and subtle, tart, watermelon candy deliver a long finish. This wine is an absolute delight and ready to drink now. Va bene!
