Tom DiNardo When pouring a glass of this elegant white wine, the nose reveals passive aromas of honeydew melon and subtle citrus which coming wafting up, and invites the first anticipated sip. The complex palate confirms the fact that this is not your typical sauvignon blanc, but instead reveals a completely individual character. Flavors of citrus, anisette, and melon are apparent in this uniquely different flavor profile. It is almost as if there was the presence of another grape varietal altogether. The expected long, mouth watering, finish associated with sauvignon blanc is definitely present. This wine pairs well with oysters and pasta with pesto sauce. Cheers
