Tom DiNardo Every now and then I witness wine pouring from a bottle in such a way that I call it a “Zen Pour”, and this is such a wine. An onyx core and violet rim announce intriguing aromas of cigar box, blackberry, plum and licorice. You know this is going to be a great Cab! Elegant tannins, great balance between fruit and acidity, and terrific viscosity create a memorable palate. Dry with fruit forward flavors unctuous black cherry, mocha and subtle mint declares this wine to be an outstanding textbook example of Cabernet Sauvignon! An amazingly long finish continues well after 45 seconds.
