Tom DiNardo It’s been awhile since I have had Chardonnay, and La Crema is definitely pleasing and not your typical California oak bomb. The nose offers up enticing aromas of lemon citrus, vanilla notes and herbs. The palate is dry yet soft, solidly structured, with terrific viscosity and mouth feel as a result of malolactic fermentation. Flavors of citrus, peach and subtle butterscotch build toward a sustained finish. Enjoy now with salmon.
