Nick Tomassi A special Rose’ Brut Champagne made from Pinot Noir grapes, it has a deep salmon pink color with very fine bubbles. Its aromas include raspberries, strawberries and black cherries. The palate shows elegant flavors of fresh fruit. It has a full bodied, balanced finish. Food Pairing: A wide variety of dishes including salmon, chicken, lamb or duck; lightly matured cheeses; refreshing aperitif.
