Tom DiNardo Ripper – (Aussie slang for terrific) Chardonnay from the land down under! The nose offers a bouquet of tropical fruit and subtle vanilla notes. This Chardonnay’s balanced palate is dry, with great viscosity, and not your typical oak bomb. Flavors of dry tropical fruit, tart granny smith apple, and mineral are prominent. Expect a long, mouth watering, finish.
