Tom DiNardo Given the state of the economy, DiNardo’s search for budget California wines brings us the following little gem. Aromas of lemon and toasted oak announce this yummy Chardonnay. The palate is dry, delivering terrific mouth feel, and balanced symmetry between acid and sugar. Flavors of tropical fruit and tart granny smith apple forecast a long finish. This Chardonnay pairs well with Japanese seafood Udon soup and also with pasta served in Alfredo sauce.
