Tom DiNardo The wine sports a deep, almost opaque, dark garnet color. Captivating aromas of strawberry, sweet fruit and subtle vanilla waft up from the glass. This is a dry, yet fruit forward pinot noir, with non-intrusive tannins. Flavors of raspberry, strawberry, leather and pepper accompany a rewarding long finish. This is an outstanding wine served with lobster pasta dishes that feature a white cream sauce.
