Job Description/Responsibilities: Full-time, flexible;
Provides excellent customer service while leading by example.
Writes and works orders, plans promotions and ensures proper
signage on all product. Hires and trains new department
employees and performs semi-annual performance evaluations.
Procures, receives & stocks product and assists in merchandising
of product for retails sales. Writes department schedule and
develops and maintains a detailed merchandising calendar at
least 13 weeks out. Other duties as required.
Requirements: Knowledge and interest
in wines/beers with experience in the retail wine business.
Ability to work well with a diverse group of customers and
employees and have the flexibility to work afternoons, evenings,
weekends and holidays. Must possess good communication skills
and a strong desire to work hard, be enthusiastic and have a
positive attitude. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
