The menu will include:
- Smoked Turkey Spring Rolls with a Cranberry Dipping Sauce
- Whole Curried Roasted Turkey
- Whole Smoked & Roasted Turkey brined in Roasted Shallots and Vanilla
- Blinis filled with Chesnut Stuffing topped with Crème Fraiche & a
Pomegranate reduction
- Miniature Sweet Potato Pie Tartlets
- Salad of Wild Greens tossed with Spiced Pumpkin Seeds, Shaved Red Onions
& a Sage-Cranberry Vinaigrette
